"If I could give 0 stars I would! So unprofessional!!!! I took my car to get tints put on the front two windows, the tints look great but the interior on my door got messed up while they were doing the tints. They apologized said that I could bring my car back up on Thursday and they would have someone fix it. My husband brought my car up and the manager and the guy that is supposed to “fix” my car was not there. The man working said he could give me some money to go and get it fixed myself.. um no that is not how this works. The employees then started laughing thinking it was funny that I was upset. Mind you I have only had this car for 1 week… I then asked to speak with the manager again no manager was on duty and no one to fix the mistake THEY made. Do not go to this location. They are unprofessional and will miss your car up!! The staff was very rude and not professional at all. There was an employee that was laughing the whole time and even threated to press charges on my husband. How about instead of making the situation worse by laughing and talking recklessly maybe try to find a solution and resolve the problem. I have reached out to corporate, and they are supposed to have the owner of this store reach out to me and I truly hope he does because this is no way to run a business. I just want my door fixed that YOUR company messed up."

"I was a little irked trying to make an appointment through Facebook, but when I got there, no issues. Got me in same day. A little pricey. I’m talking $500+ for 4side windows, back window, and front window. The step up from the bare bottom Let’s talk about waiting time though. I planned on waiting, was told about 3hrs. An hour and a half in my car was pulled in and was told at least 2 more hours. Thankfully I went home… took about 6hrs! So far so good though. Tint looks great. The service was good very friendly staff"

"Wow! This location is stunning! The shop is perfect clean, great waiting area, free wifi, coffee, water, TV, and a bunch of interactive displays. They offer way more than just tint. They have car radios, alarms, lights, subwoofers, ceramic coating, detailing, paint protection film, wraps, and even services for boats and RV's. The staff was friendly and walked me through all of the services they offer. For and automotive shop, you will be impressed with the cleanliness. 10/10 A+++"
