"Horrible! Called about getting a crank up door from an older vehicle. They said they had one from a ‘98 ranger. They charge my card over the phone and tell me they will call when ready. I get a call later in the day saying the “regulator” from the ranger I ordered was ready. I was puzzled. I finally get ahold of the guy I had a five minute conversation with regarding a crank up door on the phone and he doesn’t remember the conversation at all. Proceeds to say he will cancel out the transaction then hangs up on me. THESE GUYS ARE CLUELESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL."
