"Went to Elizabeth because she was in my network. I was quickly referred to a periodontist, no dental hygenist present. Which at the time didn't know it was out of my network. Went to see the periodontist, trying to bill me for 700 dollars out of pocket. I knew something was off. So I called Elm Dental. Got me in very quickly, said my teeth were not as bad as the dentist said. Only paid 150 out pocket for whole procedure of a deep clean which she could of have performed herself!!!!"
