"I arrived 10 min. Before appt. time. Checked in and gave my new insurance card info. Sat fornegatives. I was never called. I went to the desk to ask how long the wait would be, was told they would let my hygienist know I was here. 2 min. Later my hygienist called me. I ask her why there was a wait. She apologized and said she did not know I was there. Usually it is a 5 min or less wait. The hygienist was really good. Very professional and through. I have been going here for 5 years plus. No other negatives. Overall good care."

"i had some work done here, and was told that my bill would be around 1200 , i have now received bills for almost 4000, i have an EOB from my insurance that a large part should be written off. i have contacted the office multiple times including going into the office to talk to them. i have been told they have to call the insurance and they would call me. today i received a letter from collections, on the amount that they cannot legally charge me for. DO NOT USE unless you want a business to try to steal from you. they will never return your call!"
