"I stopped to get my oil changed and they were pretty busy decided to wait. I looked and saw only two people working one of them the manager. They were short handed manager working as hard as his crew man was they still took time did everything and double checked. When they got to me he explained why it was taking so long. I said I Understand and they knocked out my oil changed same as before very respectful hard working and I have nothing but positive things to say about this Jiffy Lube been there before they are consistent with there job and respectful hard working."

"Crew that was there was fantastic. Didn’t feel pressure, but was offered what they suggest I need. I feel for the crew that was there though. 2 guys running a 3 stall quick change garage is not setting your self up for success. Hopefully management is on the hunt for crew help. The guys working were doing their best. But definitely took longer than most shops."
