"We went in looking for some hats to wear to the dolly patrons stampede, Lisa was amazing she was very patient with us and helped us pick the right hats! She even went out of her way to check the backroom for the hat I wanted because I didn’t want the hat on display because of germs, I give 5 stars because of Lisa best customer service, when it comes to western wear pick I give 3 and a half they have a very small selection"

"The staff was really nice here! My fiance and I hoped to find some western clothing that we liked but the only thing we found was a leather vest for $60 that wasn't in our budget. Doing our research, though, that was a good price. I wish they had a bigger selection for women. I really wanted a plaid shirt and only saw 2 or 3 styles in the store. We found a cute plaid shirt for my son but it was $36, way overpriced in my opinion."
