"The ladies working this store are fabulous!!! Helpful, kind and attentive. I gave a low rating because they didn't have anything in their store over a size 28... But they say they go up to 34/36. The lady I spoke with said they weren't able to get larger sizes even though she had been asking. When I order online I have my stuff shipped there and drive to Branson so I don't have to go into the mall in Springfield. Customer service is excellent but whoever is ordering product for that store needs to reconsider."

"Blonde manager with glasses had major attitude problem. She was very passive aggressive to her employees who were doing an excellent job, had an attitude to them when they asked for help because the computer had an issue, and then talked to the girl helping me like a child because she asked for help resetting the computer. Very clear the manager role went straight to her head. I ended up walking out without giving them a cent because the manager let several customers skip me whilst ignoring her employee asking for help as a form of clear retaliation (I don’t mind waiting as I had no rush but the retaliation and hostile words/tone are what drew the line for me). When I told the manager her attitude is what lost the sale her only come back was to offer me a discount which is pretty telling. I’d much rather she apologize to her employee or admit she was having a bad day. Sad because I had clothes I wanted. Went across the street and gave torrid my business and it was worth the extra money to not have such a hostile environment. I’ve left many jobs because of management like this, makes for very uncomfortable team members and customers. Won’t be supporting lane bryant if this is how they implement management."
"Hours posted are incorrect. I drove 2 1/2 hrs to come to this location and a lady was locking the door when I got there. I asked are you closing, what's going on? She said yes they were closing early. That would have been nice to know before I wasted all this time and gas"
"Every time I have gone here the people who work there, I feel are rude to me. I walk : they don't say hello to me while I walk in they don't say anything to me while I'm in the store they do not if I need help they just ignore me It's the same few people all the time so it must be personal. I will just stick to go to Torrid across the parking lot. The women there are awesome."
