"I placed an online order through the app. Was notified that my order was ready to pick up and it took me five minutes to get to the restaurant. When I walked into the restaurant, there was nothing on the shelf so I went to the register to inquire. There was one employee behind the counter, but he was busy refilling condiments, and made no attempt to address my needs. After several minutes, I finally walked over to the pick up window and picked up my sandwich. The employee yelled at me for intruding on his space. I explained to him that I was informed my sandwich was ready to pick up. He invited me never to purchase from Jimmy John’s again. I am sure I can avoid that Jimmy John’s in the future!"

"Delivery is always mediocre. They never send napkins. I wouldn’t say anything but this happens every time I order from here. See photo for how much they actually pay attention to their job. They want to charge $5 for delivery. Why don’t you make sure you do it correctly. NO STRAW THIS TIME EITHER."

"This was our first visit ever to a JJ! It was okay! The bread was ok, and the selection of toppings was limited and unexpected! The facility was nice and clean and the staff wasn't the most helpful being a first time customer. I know what to expect now so I'll give them another try later down the road! Everything tasted good and fresh! We ate in to get a feel of the restaurant chain and measure their atmosphere!"
