"Although the doctor was fine and did a good job with my teeth, the receptionist staff was rude to me and my family on two occasions. I felt she was unfriendly and she would not help me understand my insurance problems. Its important to realize your staff represents you. There was clear miscommunication and I felt bombarded and they made me feel as if I was in the wrong. A doctor and staff should not make their patients feel as such. When I came back, they also did not complete my appointment which I felt was odd because they were so wrapped up in the fact we couldnt understand the confusion on insurance."
