"I was needing some basic maintenance done on my vehicle. I scheduled the appointment ahead of time and discussed with the customer service what needed to be done. The parts were not ordered ahead of time as previously discussed and at the end of the day when my car was supposed to be finished I received a call that they were unable to fix any of what needed to be done. Customer service needs to work on clear communication with both customers and employees. Furthermore, employees within customer service need to have better collaboration with each other as when one customer service worker was away the other was unable to explain what was going on. Also, customer service employees should be advised not to use deaming words about other customer service employees as this does not help with elevating my confidence in the ability of this dealership to service my vehicle properly. Failing to meet deadlines without a warning is also something that needs to be addressed as a commitment to fixing a vehicle by a certain time without a warning to arrange alternate transportation could prove detrimental to someone's career if they are unable to arrive at work with punctuality due to not being advised previously that they would need more time to be able to service the vehicle."

"I just realized my review mysteriously disappeared but here we go again be careful with these people they charged my 90 year old great grandma 1200$ to replace a battery and alternator on a 12 year old car you are better off using the shade tree mechanic from Craigslist or marketplace I would also like to add that my personal experience with the sales team was awful I was very interested in buying a pickup they had some months back just to drive up there and be blown off and disrespected so I spent my money elsewhere I gave them the benefit off the doubt reason being they where recommended by family it has honestly sad what this company has turned into a big disappointment for the ford motor company"

"Horrible customer service. My 83yr old grandfather bought a brand new Ford escape from a Ford dealership. When he came home there where some things going on he needed looked at. Tried to set up a service at this dealership and they told him and I "you didn't buy it here we are not doing anything." Hope you feel better making an 83yr old drive further just to get his vehicle taken care of."
