"Their food is awesome but this restaurant was filthy! It's been bad on prior visits but this visit was the worst! We won't go back."

"Ordered tacos and I could barely see any of the stuff I ordered in them. I also got chips and guac and the bag barely had any chips and the chips were stale. This location is only a bit better than the location on state. I spent about 17.00 only to come away from this place feeling like I was ripped off."

"The food taste very good but some of the people there have a attitude problem and they never listen. I never asked them for corn, they put it on there anyways, and I asked for Lettuce but they didn't give me any, I kept telling them this is what I want in my bowl and they never listen to me. I'm loud enough to the point they can hear me but they never put the stuff I want in my food they never do."

"This place was horrible!!! Service, horrible. There were at least 5 employees, and the lines were long, and the tables were dirty, we had to clean our own table when one of the workers was on his phone showing pics to another employee!!!!! Giggling and laughing the whole time, never once asked if they could clean a table or if we needed anything. There were no silverware, napkins!! It's just ridiculous! Surely the manager is 16!!! Because an adult would not have allowed that place to look and run like that. I will never visit that Chipolet again. It's the one at the Legend in KCK, the worst I've ever been to!!!"

"It’s likely we caught them on a bad night, but we’re not in a hurry to try again. The entire crew made it clear they had other places and activities on their mind and didn’t want to be there. The restaurant was filthy and the trash overflowing. The restrooms were likewise filthy. The food was fine but not what you’d expect of a Chipotle. Overall, this was a disappointing visit made worse that we’ve not had it in a few years and were really looking forward to it. While this hasn’t soured us on this restaurant as a whole, I don’t think we’ll be back here again. We hope this was just a bad day and that it’s normally excellent. The reviews lead me to believe this place has a habit, though, of being just okay."
