"The staff working Saturday 9-3-2023 was very cold and off-putting…well, at lease towards the blacks. I deliberately went and stood near the register just to see if they really were ignoring us. Suffice to say, not one of the 6 women working would make eye contact/acknowledge us. I happily sashayed to Tory Burch and had a much better experience spending my money. I will definitely not return to this location. Only one star because zero isn’t an option! Coach Branson, do better."

"I have been carrying Coach for approximately 15 years and my newest piece, which I have carried four times, has a peeling on one of the tabs. I took it in to the store where I bought it just a few weeks ago and was told “they” handle this type of warranty through repair work. The manager also told me there were other areas of west in the bag. There are not other work areas. They gave me a paper bag to carry all my contents out of the store…after they made me wait for the manager to come back to the counter. I commented I was on vacation and had no purse. I was not offered a manager discount for another product or any incentive to help with this situation. When I voiced I was dissatisfied the manager smiled. That’s it for me! I have been a great Coach customer even buying items as gifts to staff that work with me. NOT COOL! This is specifically directed toward management at this location."
