"I manage a retail store in Branson and i’ve lived here my whole life so I know how busy the holidays are. With that said a business cannot expect good results and happy customers if you tell them their BOPIS orders aren’t ready because “we don’t do them on saturdays” if you don’t do them, make sure your website has that listed instead of the “will be ready in 2 hours” that it says. With proper staffing you’re not “too busy” to grab two already paid for items and put them into a bag."

I will not say how much money I spent this time, but it was hard not to buy everything I tried it on with how great my overall experience was. "I was so impressed with this store. From the moment I walked in I felt special. The staff were so friendly and so attentive. The items were stocked and clearly marked for pricing. And wow, the clearance area was stocked with bras as much as 70% off! The bathing suits were 60% off! I spent over an hour just in the clearance room. The dressing rooms were open and the staff were happy to help with sizing changes if needed. All in all this was a great experience!"
