"Chicken was very good here Feb 28, 2024. Place was clean. Counter girl was ready to leave so not really into visiting."

"I've eaten here often and the food is ok. The people who work here though are literally bottom tier. When I go in as a doordash driver I constantly have to wait 10+ min because they're either not working or have the order behind the counter, then when someone finally decides to work the front they throw attitude about the order being on the side warmer even though they don't out it over there until you ask for it."

"Man I was extremely mad when I ordered 2 5 piece chicken strips and one box had a breast cut into 3 strips and the rest of the strips tasted like yesterday's batch. Felt like cardboard and tasted even worse. If I wasn't on a mission to get others things done, I would have went back for an explanation and refund. Horrible experience, equals bad reviews"

"The wait time just to get my order taken was 30 mins. Then, the wait for my chicken nuggets was about 40 more minutes. I asked if they had them ready and available when placing my order, and they assured me that they were. When I finally received them, they were tough, cold, and old. They looked nothing like the big juicy ones that were on TV in their add. They were also very small."

"I decided our family meal for Christmas eve would be KFC. I placed an order online at 11 am to be picked up at 4 pm same day. We arrived at about 3:55, waited in the car until 4, and then went in. When we (me, my girlfriend, and our 4 year old daughter) walked in, no one said hello or greeted us in any way. Our order was not ready as it was supposed to be, so we stood up front and waited. The total wait was about 10 minutes, not that big of a deal considering the food was fresh. While i made a pit stop to the bathroom, my girlfriend overheard the manager chewing out one of the employees, who appeared to have not done her job before getting ready to leave. She proceeded to "fill" our half gallon drinks and then left. The drinks were not full at all, and i have pictures attached proving we were shorted. One of the other issues is that the manager placed the order in the "pick-up" window, and then walked away. He didn't say a word or acknowledge that we were standing there waiting, nor did he apologize about the extra wait. On top of the lack if full drinks, we also were given 4 out of 8 RAW biscuits. These biscuits were so underdone I could hear Gordon Ramsay screaming in the distance. I have also attached pictures for proof. Finally, we were not given any sort of honey, butter, or utensils to go with the meal. That is totally forgivable, but a head's up wouldve been nice. Overall I'm giving this particular KFC (14 N 130th, Bonner Springs, KS) a 2 out of 5. Luckily everything else was as good as one can expect from KFC. I will NOT be returning to this location in the future due to lack of customer service, lack of etiquette, and lack of care for serving fully cooked food."
