Pizza Hut

"Not sure why but the pizza is not the same. My crust was different from the other times I have ordered from different locations. The pizza was NOT good and my crust was SOGGY. My other crust was “doughy” when it should have been crispy. Called to inquire about the discrepancy and was told that since I “viewed” the pizzas then there’s nothing they can do. Will go to a different franchise next time. Don’t waste your time or money."

"The 2-liter from my order was missing. When I called the store to let them know, we were told they were much too busy to send it out. (Even though we paid the delivery fee and tipped the driver 25%) Cory (the person we spoke to) did offer a $10 dollar credit to add to my Pizza Hut account. Which was way above the value of the bottle. The issue was we had to spend the credit within the next 30 days. We only ordered Pizza as a special occasion, so there was no way we would order again in 30 days. I told the employee this and asked for a refund for the 2-liter. His tone changed to relay annoyance and he told me the manager would have to send it to corporate to get it approved. I told him that was fine, asked his name, and said thank you. That is when he hung up. No 'thank you', no 'sorry about the trouble of having to eat a pizza with nothing to drink', no 'bye'. Hopefully, I will see the refund, but I was disappointed with the customer service. It would be one thing if I was being angry or rude, but I wasn't. I was trying to be understanding, but the proposed remedy did not work for me. Just know, if you order from here and your whole does not come, you are just out of luck and will be treated as if you did something wrong if you ask for your money back."

"I ordered online for carry out, when I got there to pick up my order I could tell they were very busy. I went in and was greeted by a very friendly young lady at the register. I could tell she was a bit nervous and wanted to take good care of the customers. She said it would be another ten minutes after being told that it would be ready in twenty when I ordered. I went back to my car and waited another ten minutes. And when I returned my pizza wasn’t ready yet. So I stayed inside this time to wait. They where slammed. This crew was working so good together to get the orders out as fast as the could. It was great to see such awesome teamwork. This made my wait worth it. Thanks to the staff and management in Bonner Springs for my hot and tasty pizza. You ROCK!!!"

"Hello my name is Ashley Miller i was wanting to put in a complaint for the bonner springs pizza hut 13028 kansas ave bonner springs ks 66012 pizza hut store #034999 i order pizza @5:44 it said it would be ready in 25 minutes which is wasn't so i had to come back after spending $40 on pizza with extra cheese my pizza was burnt including the cheese the pizza was dried out im highly disappointed i called the store twice to speak to a manager waited both times over 30 minutes never spoke with a manager so i called cooperate as well waited over 30 minutes both times when i call as well still waiting on hold to speak with somebody it is now 7:30 pm and still haven't spoke when anybody so im trying to see how we could resolve this issue because i refuse to feed my kids burnt pizza that i spent $40 on so if somebody could get back to me as soon as possible i will appreciate that thank you Ashley Miller"
