Moreover, their self-checkout system is hardly functional, which makes me question the competence of those responsible for its setup. The customer service experience is abysmal, as the staff is constantly running around in a chaotic manner. It would be more sensible for Dollar General to assign separate individuals for stocking and operating registers, rather than burdening one person with everything. Consequently, I have decided to refrain from shopping at Dollar General in the future."
