"didnt want to do this bc my coffee is always good and its fast service but the tall white thin male, Kyle ? with glasses that is usually at the drive thru dont know if he racist or just rude with everyone when i dont order on app and pay cash he throws change that it falls ( has happened like 4 times) and DOESNT APPOLOGIZE , just stands there and stares doesnt say thank you nor good morning , i work in customer service understand when its not your day but dont take it out on your customers . i dont go to the one on 151st bc they are 10x busier but might have to"

"I only use the drive thru. The service is decent and the drinks are fairly consistent."

"My husband just got me this coffee and I couldn’t help but notice how light it felt. He hates coffee so I knew he didn’t drink it. I get budget constraints but surely the high price of this coffee covered the cost to fill the cup."

"I don’t know in whose mind thought it was a good idea to charge an extra $.50 for chocolate curls on a peppermint hot chocolate. To have a barista argue with you, a peppermint, hot chocolate, and a hot chocolate add peppermint, are not the same thing. After I left the establishment and open my cup to find out, they didn’t even put the chocolate curls on. Imagine being actual crooks.. wow Starbucks."

"I have been to many Starbucks in the area and this the worst one. Their response for not filling my cup up is that it is an ice drink based. Half of it is just filled with foam! I have never had this happen before, don’t go here if you want only a quarter of your coffee."
