"Went into the store that I’ve shopped at for years and granted I haven’t been in in awhile. What a change but in a terrible way. Walked in not greeted by ANYONE which was weird. I could have walked out with anything that’s how attentive they were. I shop here since clothes fit better but I’m not a bowler and I might be too old for current inventory. I have to dress business casual so going into the store is good but looks like I’m going to have to buy on the website."

"My husband and I went in the store to find himself a coat suit for a formal party we were invited to, my daughter shopped in the store so many times and never had a problem, but today was so different than other times. There was two associates working in the store, we entered the store and none of them greeted us, anyway that’s not a problem, they were both at the register not doing anything so I asked if they could help me find my husband’s size and it was like I was bothering them so I put down the items we were about to purchase and left. They were so rude."

"I have been coming here pretty frequently lately, and LOVE this store. Never been too big on shopping in person, but I do love this store. The store is clean, the employees are super friendly.. no complaints at all. I am pretty upset I do not remember the girls name.. the last time I came in she showed me a $100 off of $250 purchase, when I was checking out for $160 worth of stuff... essentially giving me another $100 worth of stuff for free. It was online only, so I grabbed everything I wanted from in-store and she was going to order it all online for me and apply the discount code... but as I gathered the stuff she got manager approval and the applied the discount to in-store also, so I wouldnt have to wait and left with it all that day!! That is 5 star service. I wish I remembered her name, she was a shorter, skinnier, dark haired girl. She deserves a raise :D"

"Anytime I need a new dress shirt I come here. The selection of ties is also notable. The staff in the store are always willing to help when selecting different apparel which is nice for a guy like me that usually doesn't fair well when it comes to fashion. The prices are high but from the service and products I have obtained from this store it seems like they are justified. They even offer to steam the dress shirts if they aren't too terribly busy. The steam service is free. They did use an odd rolling checkout counter on me the last time I was in. I guess they are using this new system to try and cut down the checkout wait time."

"Very pricey for regular type of clothing & material. Sale items are worth to browse definitely. Love to shop when I receive coupons. Always have a smooth experience with staff, helpful & friendly. They don't follow you around, let you enjoy to browse which I prefer."
