Culver’s

"Today my friend and I went to Culver's. It has all changed-higher & less. I got kids chicken tenders with a salad. They charged $2.29 extra for the salad. I should have gotten a regular salad, had much more to eat. My friend got a kids grilled cheese. It was barely grilled and very few fries. So disappointing! It used to be my favorite fast food."

"They need to do better with their food. We didn't get all of our order, but they gave it to us when we showed our receipt. The busboy did a fantastic job."

"I use to love going to this Culver’s but unfortunately this isn’t the case anymore. Service is good but the food is disappointing. Slowly over time I’ve seen less and less effort put into ensuring the guests food is correct and of the highest quality to ensure happy guests. You all should strive to do your best and be the best. Please do better because I really like eating here but I’m tired of getting cold burgers, burgers half unwrapped, expired ketchup, and I’m tired of getting sloppy food. Take pride in what you do, if you wouldn’t eat it based off of how it looks don’t send it out to your guests."

"Absolutely above and beyond service! Went for just 2 cement mixers and was fumbling with all of the cash/change at the window and the drive thru employee could not have been more pleasant. I wish I could remember her name, she was absolutely excellent, very friendly and a great attitude. She also noticed that we had 2 dogs in the car with us and offered pup cups which they devoured gratefully. The custard was delicious as well and hit the spot, well made. Would easily return to this location, what a phenomenal staff encounter. If Culver's ever sees this, you should reward that employee in some way. Went 1/24/23 at 7 pm."
