McDonald's

"Called the place to ask for a menu item. Ended up getting rude response. The lady said we were calling every 10 minutes, even tho it was the first time we had called. Basically she went against policy by disrespecting customers, and assuming that we were the ones calling, when we weren't. I hope this place fixes this problem, and takes it into consideration. Thank you."

"I'm not entirely sure whats been going on the last week at this location, but two days in a row it's been absolutely horrible. We did the drivethrough for breakfast a few days ago, and the breakfast burrito meal was entirely missing, and in it's place was a sausage McMuffin. To make matters worse there were egg shell pieces that had gotten into it that our daughter found by "surprise". We gave it another shot the next day when we had an unexpected event that caught us off guard for dinner- and my husband's "plain" cheese burger was all but- everything was on it, except the cheese. Also one of the drinks for the combo was missing ebtirely. Needless to say, we had really hoped it was a bad day, but the service seem to have slid. I'm beyond dissapointed, and can't suggest this location with how poor the service has been as of late."

"Service was fast and friendly, but the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich was awful. The tomatoes and lettuce were over ripe and wilted. The amount of sauce was overkill and I had to scrape off most to make it edible. I do NOT recommend eating here."

"I pre-ordered on the app as I was headed to MSU for my night class. When I arrived, not only were the employees that I encountered rude but my food (two measley cheeseburgers) was horribly slopped together! There was so much ketchup on both burgers, it was as if a bottle exploded on them. It was not only dripping off the sando but it had already made part of the buns soggy!! That is A LOT of ketchup! The cheese was still cold & not melted on either sando, the meat was also hanging halfway off the bun, and how I managed to keep from making a mess on me or in my car is beyond me! This store might be great for convenience, but they need some lessons in customer courtesy/respect and retrained in how to construct a sandwich. If I had the time to go inside that day, oh, I would have! Not my first choice for McDonald's, that's for sure."

"Not the best McDonald's in the area. Customer service is always bad; from waiting for someone to take my order to the cold fries and hard buns. Also theirs a lot of yelling going on in the back, a lot of it to me sounds like useless chatter. Very noisy environment. Not very professional in my opinion. Bottom line, food is hit or miss and customer service complete miss."
