"Exceptional! I ordered through the drive-through 2/23/24 around 6:30pm. The gentleman who took my order was kind and professional. Very pleasant. When I arrived at home I could see my burger was carefully prepared and thoughtfully wrapped. So many times orders are just sort of thrown together. Not so last night. My food tasted great, it was fresh and so neatly prepared. Well done evening crew at this location. Very well done."

"I was impressed.it has been a long time sens I have had a burger at a fastfood place that I actually liked. I ordered the Canadian bacon Whopper. Unfortunately it is probably a limited time item. The staff was helpful. The dining room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The bathroom being locked is always an odd thing to deal with. But overall it was a good experience."

"I ate at this restaurant 2 days ago. I tried their new chicken wraps. I had wondered why the restaurant was empty as it always is. I got my answer this morning as my husband and I were out Door Dashing and I needed to use the restroom. They must of just put codes on the bathrooms. I asked for the code and was rudely snapped at, "You are required to make a purchase to use the restroom." "WOW" was my my only thought as she clearly could have said that very same thing in a much nicer tone. I explained I was a customer a few days earlier. She said that didn't matter. What if I needed to use the restroom before I ordered as people often do? Shame on her. I can see why that particular location is always empty. I hope upper district management looks into this. I know it's a homeless mecca in that particular area and businesses have trouble in the restrooms at times from some but I'm clearly not homeless. They lost 2 customers."

"I eat here every day and I love it here! The manager Amanda always takes great care of me. And Jo, Craig and Chase are awesome too. I will continue to spend my $ here because the food and service here are the best!"

"Restaurant is very clean and has a unique aesthetic compared to most of the big burger chains. Food is exactly what you expect everytime which these days seems to be a novelty. Service is a bit slow but like most it's due to not enough staff which is also common enough. Overall, there's a reason I come here."
