I also ordered a double scoop of chocolate in a cake cone. Was loosely packed and no ice cream down in the cone and was Dripping on me when they handed it out the window. Your website says the store closes at 8 p.m. and we arrived at 7:45 p.m., unfortunately we were told are you only sell cookies and cakes but no ice cream.
