"The employees are great, always kind and typically quick but this location is out of my drink just about every other day. I don’t know what needs to change for that to stop happening. Ordering more of the necessary ingredients? Neighboring stores have it, so it’s not out of stock company wide. I hate having to drive over 30 minutes just to get my drink when there’s one 2 minutes from my house. This is a regular problem, I’d say every other week if not weekly. Why does it keep happening ?"
"This is the best location and they make the best drinks! Ciara is such a sweet soul, everyone there is great. I’ll always choose this store over anywhere else!"
"The customer service I recieved from the girls here today was beyond exemplary. The espresso machine was broke, but they were doing thier best to fix it. They aren't trained techs, but they were definitely doing all they could to get the machine working again. Even though thier day wasn't going the greatest, both employees kept smiles on thier faces, and did everything in thier power to ensure customers were happy. I wish I had caught thier names, but I hope they get the recognition they deserve for doing an amazing job."
"I have come to this location for years. The last 6 months have been terrible. The newer staff is rude and more worried about socializing with other co workers. They always are out of basically everything. Today was just the icing on the cake for me to not come back to this location. The two girls working were rude and just glared at me when I was ordering. My friend ordered a venti and the cup was half full."
