"Dustin Hensley is inconsistent, never there. His UHaul website says he has UHauls but when you call, he gets rude and disrespectful. He refuses to fix his website. He has rentals he does the same stuff with, doesn't answer, tells people they can rent a place and move in and then don't answer. The guy is a joke."
"Dustin was great. Had the U-Haul as long as I needed it. Their truck ran great. Called ahead to let him know I needed it longer. No problem. Very courteous and polite. Nice guy. Will definitely see him again when I need to move anything."
"I scheduled a u-haul and I was to be there at 11am but showed up at 12 due to a hospital visit. I get there and he said due to me being a little late. I had to sit there till 1:20 and he was rude over the phone as I need to mention. Then he has me and my aunt do what we need to to get a u-haul. And then after he charges my GFs card. He charged her $15 4 days later and it was for insurance that I did not know of or was told about! Why would I need insurance coverage when I took 1 trip and had it for 3 hrs. Dustin is a liar and he has no respect for customers. DONT RENT FROM THEM. HES NEVER THERE. AND MAKES EXCUSES AND DONT DO HIS JOP RIGHT!!!!!!!"
"We scheduled a uhaul to be picked up at this location. We called on the morning of our reservation to ask a few questions about the trailer. We told the man that we would make our reservation later. When we got there, no one answered the door so we called back. At this time there was another customer waiting in the parking lot to drop off his trailer. The man said he didnt have a reservation for us. We told him we made it online and had the confirmation email. He then proceeded to yell at me for making the reservation online and said he didnt get any money if I did it that way. He was extremely rude and refused to come give me my rental. I took my business to the uhaul in joplin and was treated with courtesy and respect. Would not recommend this place at all."
