"If I could give this place a Negative star I would!! I went up there Sunday for a Plug on my tire. I was second in rotation. A white charger pulled up after me. So far so good. Well as someone comes out of the bin u have to let them out to go in. I backed up and pulled up to the parking to the side. I wasn’t too worried since a worker arguing with another customer had acknowledged me! RED FLAG!! The white charger that had been behind me pulled up and positioned himself to be next in line to be serviced. Still not worried. I’m thinking the worker dude will tell him to back up and wait his turn. WRONG WRONG. The very same worker that CLEARLY SAW WE WERE NEXT in the rotation. The very same man who turned out to be a very loud,disrespectful,argumentative ,light skinned black man. Oh and apparently he must have been BLIND also!Came out and let the white charger go into the bin! Like me and the man in front of me were not even there.I then reminded him we were next. This same man with a I don’t care attitude said I don’t know! I then said u know because u saw us first. U had acknowledged me. The guy then begins yelling how u going to tell me what I know at me. I then repeated what I said at first. The first guy in the queue was like she is right. That dude looked at the man in front of me in the line and told him he was going in after the white charger and that was his final answer.So screw the people who waited in line and did the right thing? Next the owner came and let a bmw skip the line and go into the bin. That’s when I left! What’s right is right! And apparently y’all don’t care. Great tires, Trash customer service! Il take my pocket change elsewhere! Because you guy clearly don’t need it and wouldn’t be able to count it since y’all can’t even count cars waiting to be served at your business!! P. S to the owner fire the disrespectful, trash attitude black dude or keep him in the back with the animals. Because he’s NOT A GOOD FIT FOR DIRECT CUSTOMER CONTACT WITHIN YOUR BUSINESS!!!! I saw SEVERAL cars leave because of him. And yes I can count!"

"These Guys had a Size 20 Tire and being open on a Sunday was a Life Saver because no one else had a size 20 for my 2020 Impala after blowing a tire on a freaking pothole on a KC Highway. Was more than 300+ Miles from home and was about to chance it on a donut until one last Internet Search and called and they had my size."
