"Made three calls to R&S on Monday to purchase a trailer. Left a message...waited nearly all day with no call back. Near closing I drove an hour to their location to find Randy sitting at his desk...not returning my call. I spoke to him and he advised he had the trailer I needed coming in this week so I left my name and number and he said he would call. Surprise! No call and no communication of any kind. If the trailer didn’t come in give me call and let me know. If it did come in and he didn’t call I guess their business is so good they can just blow folks off. Folks, this place is a joke and I recommend finding a dealer that will communicate and treat you right. This is not that place."
