"This is a very reputable and honest repair shop. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are reasonable and he gets the repairs done in a very timely manner. We have used J and E many times and have also been glad we have. He was recommended by several different friends."

"I paid them $1300 to align my car, and replace struts and hub bearings. My problems continued for a month, with multiple tows to them and Firestone. Come to find out through Firestone that JE did NOT align my vehicle. I would not have found out about this had I not taken my car to Firestone. THEN I found out (after 3 more breakdowns) that when they replaced the struts they forgot to tighten a bolt on the drivers side (again through Firestone). I had it towed back to JE to fix and get a refund. They refused to refund the labor cost (of labor that was incomplete and negligent), and only refunded half the cost of one strut and the alignment repair after I fought them on it. I drive my car to work everyday on the interstate, and I also transport my son in this car. I had taken my cars here multiple times before, but I will no longer. I cannot recommend them with a good conscience."
