Staff is always very fresh. And they have people ready to load up anything you buy for you. We will always buy our feed from here."

"Lady was so nasty and rude on the phone over 3lbs of Ladino Clover seed. I plant small Clover plots in Febuary each year. I planted your Ladino Clover seed in prepared soil. I now have a beautiful stand of grass. Your store messed up the order and all I wanted was my 3lbs of Clover seed. Not to mention my small food plots will have to be returned and replanted. Over 3lbs of seed she told me she didn't care if I purchased my feed and seed in her store. Never been treated like this in any other businesses in Stockton Mo."

"Horrible customer service. I had a return, they said I needed the date of purchase or the receipt. I finally found it but then forgot to take it up whenever I made the trip back up but I gave them the date that I purchased them. Now that wasn’t good enough. I needed the actual receipt so I make another trip back to my house and back up to MFA with the receipt. Then he wants to charge me a 10% surcharge on T Post for bringing them back. And this is how people lose business. I’ll go someplace else for now on."
