McDonald's

"Used the drive through for breakfast with the kids. Had to wait maybe 5 minutes for fresh hashbrowns. Food was as expected."

"They made two regular qt pounders for people who ordered doubles. People who came in after me got their food before me. Employee taking orders was rude. Only saving grace was the manager refunded me my money for having to wait 15 mins. Not on his own though I had to mention it. Overall this is by far the worse McDonald's I've ever ate at in 30 years"

"Well ordinarily I don't mind McDonald's. But this McDonald's here in Willard besides every time I'm going to order they either mess up the order somehow by getting it wrong, being shortened food, also they always having me pull forward to wait for it and generally still unable 8 out for 10 times cant never get my order right even when it's very simple.. as in ketchup only on burgers an fries sometimes 2- 4 piece nuggets they can't ever seem to get it right hey let's go back up to get the right stuff or pick up the extra food that they left out"

"Almost always I have to pull up,park and wait when going thru the drive thru. Tonight I had to park because their tea was not ready,they said just 2 minutes. Almost 10 minutes later they brought my food,but no drinks. I had to go in to get them. Zero customer service at Willard franchise."

"Day shift does pretty good. But unless you want bad service, stale food, and wrong order don't go to this McDonald's in the evening. Every single time I order from this McDonald's they get my order wrong. When they are confronted about it they are very rude and still end up getting your order wrong. So I would not go to this McDonald's in the evening no matter what"
