"I called and finally complained today because half the time when I go through drive-thru my burger is not as I ordered it. Staff are friendly and kind but the manager needs to take responsibility and get this straightened out as well as the flow of traffic through the inside of the store. I avoid ordering anything with lettuce on it as it is often soured"

"We ended up not eating here after a long wait. Stood in line for about 10 minutes when the cashier announced it would be awhile because he had a large order to get out. He was the only one at the register with at least 6 or more people working behind him."

"This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! The Jr. cheeseburger was terrible so I decided to get a small chili instead. It was so watered down and it tasted awful! After standing at the counter being ignored for several minutes I requested my money back. The girl went to get the manager. He took forever to come to the counter, didn’t look at me or acknowledge me, showed her how to do the return and walked away. Not a word! DON’T EAT HERE! The food is bad and the service is worse!!"

"For health reasons I have to eat keto so when eating out I typically order no bun extra meat. At every other Wendy’s I have been to I have been able to order extra patties and pay for each extra one. I have to travel a lot for work and because I can order food that is a better option for me, Wendy’s is my go to option. But according to the kid at the register this location “had a meeting” and are not allowed to sell extra meat. I hate being this way but seriously why is this the ONLY Wendy’s that won’t do it. I have been to locations that charge more for the patties , I have been to ones that limit the number of extra patties per sandwich and I’m fine with both those things, but eliminating the option all together is down right stupid."

"I ordered a well done baconator. She put it on the receipt- but the girl that made it didn't look at the screen. Then they gave me a single - not a double. Not even a sorry - just left it on the counter & walked away."
