"I ordered a DoorDash pick up order and I ordered 2 large drinks when I got there to pick up my order the guy at the window didn’t say a word to me and my drinks were filled 3 inches from the top I just think the if I pay the extra 3 dollars for a large my drinks should be filled all the way to the top not half way very disappointing"

"It's kinda dirty when you go through the drive through. From the window you can see the mess they haven't cleaned. Not to sure if I would highly recommend this place."

"My bf was hyping me up about the waygu burger, and he finally took me to try it. I was a bit disappointed, the burger was not fresh and the bread was soggy. I believe it was supposed to come with pickles? But it didn't. Flipped on both sides to check under the buns and no pickles. The French fries were mixed with the crinkle and season fries. I'm not sure why it was mixed, but I felt like it was not made with effort and care. The drink size shocked me! They are so small, like the kids' cup size at the restaurant. Not worth for the price, but the juice was good! The only good thing I can say was that the food did come fast, and the employee was polite when we ordered our food. I think my experience could have been better."

"I've always enjoyed coming to this Arby's but it seems that they get slower and slower every time I go. This past trip I wound up waiting for 20 minutes to get an order for three people. We didn't order anything crazy or anything ridiculous. It just was a busy day. I guess. The food did come out very fresh and very tasty as always. This Arby's besides time, hacks always satisfies my cratings great place to stop by in Monett"
