"Ordered online went to pick it up was not given all my order I parked and went in and was given another bag got out to the car and was still short 2 burgers I opened the burgers that I ordered with mustard and ketchup only had everything on them I ordered 6 Jr's and two wraps. I took the ones I had back in and told the lady at the counter and she told the guy in the back three times 6 Jr's with cheese and ketchup and mustard only as he started make they again he started put everything on them again and he started over again. And got home with the food after going back three time and the burgers had no cheese very poor food standards and incompetent employees that can't read a screen that is right in front of them need retraining they seemed very aggravated that they had to make it so many times but if they could get right the frist time that wouldn't happen."

"Every time we walk in, the employees look at us like we are bothering them. They act like it’s such an inconvenience for us to dine in. An employee kept staring at us through the window since the moment we parked while she was mopping. I made sure it wasn’t closing time before going in. Surely enough it was still early and we had plenty of time to go inside and eat. We decided to eat inside the playroom since we had our toddler and he likes to run into the kitchen. The doors to the room were wide open so we closed them so he wouldn’t run around. The manager went and opened the doors again and looked annoyed. Everybody kept staring our direction as if they were waiting for us to leave. It’s a terrible atmosphere when you feel like you are being watched every minute as you eat and hoping you leave so they can continue cleaning. Food is good and that’s why we keep coming back but we are sticking to drive through from now on. So much for having a playroom for the kids."

"11am on 11/15/23. I asked for a whopper with no mayo. And the guy at the drive thru had an attitude about it. But this, this is what I got. That's not even a whopper. It's missing everything BUT the mayo. Dude working the drive through doesn't need to be working with the public since it's such an inconvenience for him to do the job he was hired to do. Far as I'm concerned he owes me the $12.30 he just cost me."

"Took my kids for a lunch play date. The play place was very clean, even inside where the kids crawl around. Yes I climbed inside with my kids, I'm never to old to play. The service was great, and food was decent for fast food. The vanilla iced coffee was amazing, the mocha tasted like straight chocolate and had none of the coffee flavor, so that one was a disappointment. The bathrooms sadly have no changing tables, and are small. That was my only issue with this place."
