"Horrible experience! We purchased a bedroom set around the end of July. We were led to believe the set came with 2 dresser's, two night stands and the bed, when our furniture was delivered it only came with 1 dresser, one night stand and of course the bed. When we asked them about it, the one delivery guy said, "I'll make this right with you, in a few days we should be able to get the other dresser and night stand out to you". We called every week asking where our dresser and night stand are, to only be told that it has not been ordered yet, but we will get it ordered and set up a time for delivery. Well fast forward to the middle of September when our payment is due, my husband calls and makes the payment. 6 days later, they charge our account for the payment again. When my husband calls to ask about it, the lady was rude and told us that we could not call and make our payment, that Buddies had to automatically take it from our account on their payment schedule. So now we are coming to the end of September and we still do not have a second night stand or dresser. So frustrating!!! After our bedset is paid off we will NOT purchase anything from them again!"
