"The coffee is pretty good but the cup lids are awful! It's hard to poke the straw through and when the cups are filled to the very top, the drink spills out through the hole. I've spilled my drink on myself several times. There have also been several times where the employee at the window stood talking to the customer in front of me for quite a while, even after giving them their order."
