"When we went in for my 8th grader's teeth removal there was a misunderstanding about whether we were there for a consult or the actual procedure. I thought we were set to have the procedure that day and they had us down for a consult. Dr. Labart was wonderfully flexible and was able to make his schedule work to get us in almost immediately that day. His staff was kind and helpful. "Needing oral surgery, and getting (2) molars pulled is never easy. The anticipation of Needles, sounds and the thought of , “just get it done “… I sat in my car alone, a bit anxious, From the time when I walked in the office, the lady who checked me in, she had a smile, she was so very warm, she told me of her son needing some work done on his mouth, I thought if this lil guy can be strong, so can I. I sat down, the waiting room had several, I noticed all were calmly waiting. I was called back after sitting for 5 min or less, The doctor’s nurse, remember me, she was glad to see me, the doctor came in, he remembered me, he shook my hand. The doctor explained noises, sounds, and procedure. I have had extensive work on my mouth, a rare tumor, bone grafts… It is with great pleasure to say, Shawnee Oral,, treated me with dignity and respect. Every one was so nice and warm. They made me feel at ease. I cannot say enough about this Doctor and his employees. We all have a choice, on where we spend our monies and where we choose to use our medical/dental insurance. I will choose this business each and every time for my as needed oral surgical needs. Yes, I walked out with 2 less teeth, but, my experience was positive, I walked out happy because they were professional, and so wonderfully nice to me, knowing and assuming that I was nervous. The office is always clean, and most importantly the office doesn’t have that “ smell “ that some dental and surgical offices do. I will recommend my friends, family, neighbors and colleagues.
