"I agree with the other comments; the staff are friendly and helpful and courteous. The reason I gave them a four and not a five is because they sometimes lack in communication skills. My last visit I had a retainer made and they said I could drop by and pick it up, so I added it to my list of errands on a very busy day, only to find out they needed to insure the fit (which I of course appreciated) but it took an hour; not what I had been led to expect. In addition, I've had problems in the past with actually being able to talk to someone, get messages, etc. All that being said, I will continue using their services because they do good work at reasonable prices, comparatively speaking."

"I haven't been to the dentist in YEARS and was VERY nervous. I went for a routine cleaning and exam and was so relieved at how professional and caring the folks working here are!! The dentist is honest and very professional and the office sparkling clean. I decided to go back and get some more work done that was vital for my health but I had put off as I was so apprehensive about "going to the dentist"! I called two days before because my nervousness got the best of me. The lady that answered the phone was so kind and gentle and soothed my fears. After the extensive work was complete I couldn't believe how little pain there was and I couldn't be happier. The dentist was so professional and kind I am recommending that place to everyone I know. Very happy. Courteous and kind folks working there."

"This was the best dental experience I have ever had. The staff were extremely kind and made sure I was well attended to. Hannah was so gentle and very thorough with her cleaning and treatment. Ashley was also gentle, kind and efficient with clear explanations of what she was doing with all the xrays (18) that were done and prep for ther oral hygenist. The young lady at the front desk was also excellent in helping me find my insurance information and explanation of the charges as well as review of charges for future dental work that was suggested by the dentist. The dentist was very calm and did a extended examination of my mouth as well as suggestions for further treatment options for tooth preservation and alignment issues. Overall excellent experience and definitely a gold star staff. I highly recommend Dental innovations!"
