"guess i hit them on a bad day. I was told that if i didn't remove my mask I wasnt getting helped. the employees 2 of 3 of them were not wearing a mask, nor were they attempting to put one on. I was wearing a hat, that has a mask connected to it. Nothing that would offend anyone. They literally would not help me because i would not remove the mask for them. Absolutely ridiculous we can't wear one we can't not wear one."
"Alexis At Russell cellular in Stockton Missouri was amazing. She was so helpful from start to finish And extremely knowledgable about all products and services that Verizon offers. We did have an issue getting our numbers ported over which ended up taking longer than expected however Alexis was in contact with me several times daily in making sure That the process was completed. All of the girls in that store have a ton of Patience for dealing with technically challenged people as myself lol. I just want to say thank you Alexis for all your help. You were amazing."
