"Usually when you give 5 stars for Food Service & Atmosphere that’s really hard, this place has a chance to be great if town is big enough to support Food - great ingredients, unique options, high quality taste, from Bar food to special event (St Pats Day Brunch) Service - usually you compliment a server for doing a great job, each and everyone who works at HBL greeted us with a smile and treated us like a guest in their home from cook who met us at the door or the bartenders & owners. Atmosphere might be the coolest thing it’s got the hidden under cover vibe, like you are sneaking away to a hideout only you and your friends know about. This place oozes cool. Try it out & Have Fun!"

"Brand new to the square, this romantic spot is down the stairs inside of one of the many historic buildings in downtown neosho. Our food was good, and they put their own spin on homemade chili for a local delicacy- Spaghetti red!! It's a perfect spot for an intimate dinner or nightcap should you find yourself in the area."

"I have always loved this space in downtown Neosho. What the Hughes Brothers are doing down there is perfect and exactly what works great in that space. I can’t wait to see them hit their stride and I hope they utilize the back deck with live music. We visit Neosho a few times a year and look forward to a return visit.
