"Order was made wrong and “ASSISTANT MANAGER BRANDY” NEVER ASKED FOR THE ORDER TO BE REMADE!!!! 15 mins passed by without food. Brandy alleged that they don’t fry the chalupas anymore so therefore a soggy bread wrap is what you get according to HER…. The front desk guy named MIKE was very helpful and nice. THIS TACO BELL SHOULD PROMOTE MIKE IF ANYTHING.."

"Got some of the cheezy potatoes and also a soft taco with potatoes on it. I've done the same order at other taco bells and it was great. On this one they tasted hours old no joke it was absolutely horrible. Never eating here again"

"Over the past two years my visits to Taco Bell has diminished. Unfortunately this will be my final order. 40% of my order was wrong. The super Tacos as well as the burrito supreme was a horrible soupy sloppy mess. I'm sure this is due to the quality of the ingredients that they buy. Half the contents of my burrito supreme ran down my arm. Taco Bell used to be a great GREAT restaurant, unfortunately they worry more about quantity instead of quality. I must part ways with Taco Bell. They can no longer make a good product. I truly hope somebody from upper management sees this post but I strongly doubt it."

"I was very unhappy with my trip 11/9 around 10:30pm or so.. food was cold and mehh.. barely any potato's on the taco.. the employees were very unprofessional.. complaining about customers and employees while I was in the dinning room and dropping multiple F bombs that was very unprofessional and uncalled for.. y'all need to get your act together and be professional when you have customers that can hear you!"

"Crappiest Taco Bell we’ve ever been to. They added cheese on my bowl even though I said no cheese and it says so on the ticket. Also, no fork so I improvised. They didn’t add nacho cheese to my husbands burrito even though it says so on the ticket. Food wasn’t fresh either, disappointing. The worker was nice though."
