Reviews
"I have been visiting TJ at precision since he first opened his doors. Over all those years I have always been treated fairly and have received good service."
"I've had nothing but great service here at Precision Auto, I will not take any of my vehicles anywhere else but here. Friendly service as well"
"This is the worst shop in the history of shops they are either the worst mechanics in the world or they just don't care after spending a 1,000 on our expedition it's worse than it was and to fix a vacuum leak they used paper towels and tape I would advise everyone to go somewhere else the only good review this shop gets are from his friends and even they take there cars some were else to get fixed"
"The " ASE CERTIFIED" mechanic, told me I needed 3 parts before it would pass inspection! But when I said I would install the new parts personally, he walked out of the office and back into the shop. Upon the removal of the "defective" parts I realized I had been lied to. There was nothing wrong with the parts he had described. $135 later. I just picked the wrong place to go for inspection."
"Labor price was competitive, but parts pricing was very high. I was charged nearly $187.96 for 2 door lock actuators for a Ford F250. Online I found the parts for less than $50 dollars. I mentioned parts price at the counter which yielded no changes in pricing. Furthermore the overall atmosphere felt like my business was not wanted or appreciated. I'm disappointing because I was really hoping they were going to be my "go to" for mechanical issues. On the upside, my doors now lock."
