"I see reviews about this being a good atmosphere with friendly customer service, but this was not our experience. We were ignored for a long time and felt the vibe was really unfriendly. The customer that came in behind us was greeted before us and she started his coffee. When she did greet us, it was forced. The coffee was good but the vibe was not welcoming. We are usually happy to support local business but will pass on this one."

"First time going here in a couple years. My iced latte tasted great, maybe a tab bit more syrup than I personally prefer but the flavor was good (cinnamon roll). It was creamy and didn't taste watered down like some other places. The price was comparable to the major coffee chains ($6-7 per drink) and yet the quality didn't fall behind at all, if anything it was probably slightly better than most"

"Hands down the rest coffee shop in the area. The owner goes out of her way to make her customers feel special and is always so kind. I love going here to get some of the delicious coffees, study, or just visit with the owner. I discovered this place a little over a year ago and it has become one of my favorite business in the Joplin area."
