"The two pizzas we had was very good, as was the service. The young lady that waited on us very polite and checked on us regularly. The restaurant was clean as well."

"We placed an online order. Then recieved a call that all they had was thin crust. It was so hard you couldn't eat it. One of our items were missing. When the pizza was delivered they asked for over $20 even though I paid and tipped on the app. After a phone call they figured out whatever the issues was and left. Not sure what happened eith that. Overall disappointed as we used to love pizza hut."

"Came for buffet. Arrived before 1. Pizza buffet was mostly empty and the few pieces left were completely dried up. All the pasta pans were empty. Nothing replenished until customers asked for it so all customers were left waiting. Salad bar was mostly empty and again, not filled till requested. Many vegetables were bad and should have been pitched. No one ever came for a drink order, we finally went to the counter and asked for drinks. Definitely needs new management and some employee training."

"We went to eat after 2 p.m., so we missed the lunch buffet. We were told to seat ourselves, and the server said he would clean a table if need be. Dirty dishes were stacked on several tables, but we found a clean one. Drinks were served quickly, but when we went to the salad bar, the large bowl of lettuce had brown areas. The server brought fresh out when it was brought to his attention. Our pizza was really good. Four people appeared to be on duty when we arrived, but our server was the one bustling around. One woman with headphones was behind the counter checking her phone and chatting with staff before she left. This is the second time we have had the experience of multiple dirty table tops, and no one making an effort to clean up behind customers or have clean cutlery ready for incoming. One tabletop was missing in a booth. So it is pretty casual. Still great pizza."

"It’s a franchise-owner issue I am sure. Same order on app $19 and ready in 15 minutes, call it in $24 and ready in 25 minutes. I was gonna put two stars then when I picked up the order … the young lady was so super sweet and personable!"
