McDonald's

"It’s a McDonald’s.… What do you want me to say? LOL. Restaurants come and go. Restaurants have their thing. McDonald’s will always have a standard taste a standard menu and a standard expectation of a good time time. Unless something crazy happens like someone gets with the condiment packets you have to go ask for now and you get a handful of them or Someone behind the counter, feels really generous and get you an ice cream cone that is piled high to the sky… McDonald’s will always get a four star review because they’re not the cream of the crop but they’re not the lowest of the low either"

"This might be the highest rating I have given to a McDonald's. They were super friendly and fast. The place was very new-looking and very clean. The food came out hotter than I have ever had from any McDonald's. We had a filet-o-fish, Mcchicken, fries, and a couple of holiday pies. The fries were piping hot! Very good. The Mcchicken was very hot but the entire sandwich was covered in mayo, on top of the bun, all in the wrapper... What a mess! The fish was fresh but was just thrown into the box and folded... another mess. I asked about the holiday pie, shown on the screen had icing, colorful sprinkles, and a cream filling. She said we have tons and need to sell them, order as many as you want. We ordered only 2. Ours had no icing or sprinkles and pumpkin pie filling. What? It was good, but not what we saw on the screen or ordered. Strange. Overall the food tasted great, it was just poorly prepared."

"The staff is always friendly at this McDonald's, which is weird for fast food because most of the time all you get is people who could care less. THIS staff is different and it shows! Keep up the good work! You ALL deserve a raise for all your hard work!"

"Over a 20 minute wait to get food wile sitting in dining room. The dining room tables are all dirty. Plenty of staff in back but no one to come clean. Cashier did even have numbers to give to dine in customers. I can only guess about the cleanliness of the kitchen and if I probably saw it I would probably eat somewhere else. The way the place has been remodeled is a Cafe style. Honestly I think it's a fail on there part as I prefer to see my food being made. Not to mention they only have one person working the front register with close to 50 customers in store."

"The Cassville McDonalds is an absolute disgrace to all McDonalds. I myself haven't had a good experience there in YEARS. The McDonald Brothers themselves and the man who stole the company would all be absolutely ashamed and as should every person who works at this place. I really don't know how the manager sleeps at night. Deplorable food and even worse service. We were in the drive through line for 20 minutes told they were making new fries but yet the fries we got were cold as was the rest of our food after waiting that long they also forgot stuff ontop of that. I will be talking to the manager asap but rn the phones are down. Absolutely do not recommend to anyone if u have another choice of McDonalds."
