Dollar General 905 West Fort Scott Street, Butler, MO 64730

"Every time I go into Dollar General, it is messy and disorganized. The floor is in bad need of sweeping and even worse need of mopping. I also Shop at the Dollar Tree in Butler, and it is immaculate. I prefer the items at Dollar General instead of knock-off items at Dollar tree. I did use the customer bathroom and the mirror was filthy. The floor had dead bugs all around. The staff is friendly and helpful, but they are lazy, and the state of the store shows it. I also shop the Nevada Mo. Dollar General when I travel. It is immaculate and very organized."

"This dollar general was very clean it is a NCI home store for those of u who knows what that means. It means they sell everything perishables and furniture included. The people were nice. I did hear the manager get upset. a little bit when someone brought in a coupon. I heard her say " I'm not going to allow people to use coupons anymore. I thought how could she do this. So only 3 stars for now thanks! I did find everything I needed plus more lol."

"The gentlemen that is always there working by his self doesnt get lunch break he is in good mood multi tasks make sure he helps his customers to the fullest. I bought totes an he was very helpful stacking them an he was not rude. like others get rude or like it is imposing to them customer bought something he is very outgoing helpful. Does his job well he needs a raise he handles it very nicely. Never stand n wait on him."

"It's a mess... sales placards in the wrong place or prices missing. The manager was inexplicably angry when the sale price which I expected was quite a bit more than I wanted to pay. When I asked her to set the items back she lost her cool... so beware what you say to who in this store cause you'll never know what response you might get."
