"I never made it to the appointment because the front desk staff was so hateful. She insulted other patients and even insulted my place of employment. The last straw was her insisting they should be able to run my credit because I have insurance. Ummmm what? I explained to them that they have an agreement with the insurance company to be in network. If they’re afraid the insurance won’t pay, they probably have had problems billing correctly. Red flags galore. Steer clear."

"Went in for a root canal told it to 2 trips to do it because they have to make a permanent crown. After 3 trips, an unscheduled cleaning, and several thousand dollars, I’ve given up on getting the crown! Person that called me was rude, very condescending and acted very unprofessional. I finally just said thanks but no thanks. Now I find out that other dentist won’t touch me due to him already starting it. What a waste of money!! And I bet the actual dentist has no idea."

He put me at ease right away and explained the whole process thoroughly. He took breaks when I need ed it and listened to my concerns. He and his staff even stayed late to help me. "out of all the days that anything could have happened, it happened on a Saturday and after 4 p.m. when all dental/dental e.r places closed. with the heavy winds we experienced on 3-9-19, my husband moved some trash cans and the lid to the trash flew up and hit his face and broke his front tooth. after calling many places and posting to fb. Dr. Robison happened to see my post, telling me I could message/call his personal cell. I messaged him as soon as I seen this. He got my husband in the next day 3-10-19 opening his office for us to help us. we are super grateful, not many dentist would do this! Dr. Robison and his assistant were very nice and quick with the procedure. Thank you for taking the time out of your day off to help us out!"
