"I needed a root canal. It was a three step process. The front desk was so patient with me as I had a ton of anxiety about it. Honestly I was shocked when I saw my crown. It matched my teeth. It fit and it met the gum line perfectly. Dr. Wind was very patient and friendly. As was Sharon his assistant! I’m so thankful I chose his office for this procedure!"

"Awful. Took over clients/business of my former dentist which included me and my on going case of braces. I was still having monthly adjustments when the buisness was transferred and when I seen Todd who promised/assured me he would address the issue and take care if it. I kept calling and they gave me the run around about how they were waiting for my files to come in and that they would call me back. I waited 2 weeks and they never called me back. I went up there, and the receptionist was very condescending and told me there was nothing more they could do for my teeth. They never even called me to let me know. I'm not the only unhappy case that was a former open and on going patient. It makes me sick that I paid nearly 4000 dollars and my teeth aren't near what they should be. No communication, empathy, or care in taking over prior clients. I will be taking legal action, to whomever is responsible. I just thought everyone should know how they handle patients."

"First impressions count especially when going to the doctors or dentist. Don’t know the ladys name on front desk, but who ever it was she was pretty mean. All I can say is it’s not that hard to be nice/ even fake nice will do it."
