"The employee Emily was very rude and disrespectful. She was the only one at check out sitting on her phone talking and I politely asked a simple question and her response was pointing, rolling her eyes and ignoring me. When you're on the clock working, your customers should be your first priority. not sitting there talking on the phone. I felt highly disrespected with her customer service.Then the manager came to speak with me and she started yelling "I'll walk out and quit right now". All that needed to be done was an apology for miscommunication but instead she blew everything out of proportion and refused to take accountability. I understand if your short staffed and need employees but at least hire people with common sense who admit when they're in the wrong. I'm highly dissatisfied with the way things were handled and will be reaching out to corporate."
