"Workers are rude! They were scheduled to come to out house between 9am-10am and didn’t arrive until 1:30pm! When I called the guy to see what his ETA was he was very rude and said that he was already on his way! He came just took a look and said he would be back the next day never gave me a time! When I called him the next day it was 10:11am and he said he would call me back in 30-45 mins never heard back he ended up showing up to my house at 1:30pm again. Very unprofessional they were cussing left and right! Never again well we be buying from this place nor recommend it. They sold us a part that didn’t work and didn’t want to refund me the full amount because a restock fee but, yet again the part didn’t work!"

"Tried for two weeks to have the service guy come out and check my washer. He never showed. Said he would call back never did. I gave up trying to contact him. Had to go with another service company"

"Purchased a $600 refrigerator and as we're setting up delivery a caller which was pregnant called to complain about her appliance not working to Glen's wife and it was a shouting match which should have alerted me. Same problem happened with me in a little over 90 days. I'm stuck with a broken appliance. Not repairable! Luckily we have a Home Depot account to get a new one. BEWARE !!!"

"Stove did not work. Bad customer service. Refused to come pick up the oven as if my refund was less important than new business. Old lady said she had to call credit card company Saturday morning for a refund. Delivery boy Connor damaged oven when delivered but because it was thanksgiving eve I did not complain.. ultimately the stove did not work anyway! Save time and money in the long run Don’t use this bad “family business”."

"Great place to shop management down to floor salesman are all honest, straight forward people. My product was not as clean as I would have liked but because of the strong reputation in the community I still made my purchase. My product was a front load Samsung set. My experience was very pleasant. Price and quality of product were great. The purchase itself was seem less start to finish. Any questions I had were met right away with a knowledgeable response. Competitors didn’t seem to have the inventory this place had or the prices weren’t as good. I would definitely revisit and make another purchase from this retailer. (I also had the service guys come out and service my washer due to a mistake on my end) These guys were prompt, knowledgeable,and very great at their job."
