"Today September 28th at 6:00 pm. There was a long line of customers starting all the way from restrooms to the exit just waiting for the people at the exit door to check their receipts and let them out . There was one cashier and all the customers were self checking out. This is ridiculous and disrespectful for customers shopping here spending their hard earned money and then waiting in long lines just to get out of this Sams club. Extremely poor quality customer service. Just look at this picture and see how people of all ages waiting in line to get out of this place after spending hundreds of thousands of their hard earned money. Is this future of Sams club customer service ? Self check out no cashiers and then stay in line so that Sams club check if you are a thieve?"
