"Do NOT go to this store. I went in to store and got a living room set. I told the associate that I liked a particular set but I didn't want the showroom floor furniture and that I wanted a New set. She said they had it in the back. I signed an agreement for a New living room set (yes it said New). Upon delivery, I noticed some scratches on the furniture and a scrape in the bottom. I immediately called the store and told them the furniture they delivered was not new and that it was the furniture they had on the showroom floor. The manager, ROB said he would order it cuz they didn't have it in the store. ROB said I would receive it on Friday. Friday came..no furniture delivery and no call as to when. I called and a Tammy answered and knew nothing about the situation and she stated that it was the showroom floor furniture but it hadn't been on the floor long. I told her I specifically asked and agreed to New furniture that's what I paid for. She continued to debate with me about the furniture not being on the floor long . I decided on my next day off from work to go to the store directly. I spoke in person to ROB, the manager. He explained that the reason I didn't get the new furniture delivered is because the Regional manager, Sean McKinnely said I couldn't. And that furniture had already been delivered to me and they can come get the furniture but I will not be getting new furniture. Now this is the POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced!! This store thinks they can give u showroom floor furniture and the customer will not notice. I am Totally dissatisfied with the way the manager handled this situation. I have filed a customer complaint with the regional office. I have had this furniture 2 weeks and I want all my money Back!! Take this used furniture back to the floor where everyone has been sitting on it and sell it as Used not new. It doesn't even smell new!"
"UPDATE STILL ENDED UP A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AFTER ALL. NOW AFTER 2 YEARS OF PAYING THEY WANT TO COME PICK IT UP LOL. I HADNT MADE A PAYMENT BECAUSE I WAS OFF WORK FOR AWHILE DUE TO DIFFERENT REASONS OF GOING BACK AND FORTH IN HOSPITAL. I CALLED BACK TO CATCH UP ON PAYMENT BUT YEAH ITS TO LONG OF A STORY FOR ME TO EXPLAIN ON HERE. They can come get their stuff after I paid all that money and they don't want to work with me I'm fine with that. Horrible experience of I didn't have as much money invested in it I would return it back to them but I don't just have money to throw away like that. Horrible customer service. Then they took they ezpayment whenever they wanted instead of the dates they told me so I go to get it corrected it was corrected at first then they take 2 payments at one time which made my account go into overdraft I've had to pay my bank an extra 80 in overdraft fees because of their mess ups. On top of the dresser they brought me the back of it was messed up they said they would replace it and never did, so when I called to get a replacement they had an attitude so I just said forget it. I'm telling you if I didn't have the 6 months of money already invested into it I would had returned it but I'll go ahead and keep it and never go them AGAIN. I will use rent a center from here on out the rent a center I went to had very good customer service treats you kind and I haven't had an issue with the their customer service yet."

"It’s sad so many franchises located in the Urban core have such horrific customer service. After how I was spoken to and handled I just cancelled the order and now it’s going to take 4-6 weeks for my refund! Horrible! Y’all just lost a customer I won’t be back. My suggestion would be to visit some of the used appliance stores for appliances. Put my check in the mail!"
